NEW YORK, NY – STV, a leading professional services firm that plans, designs and manages infrastructure projects across North America, today announced that Timothy (Tim) Hurley, PE, has joined the firm as vice president of resident engineering and inspection/program management consulting (REI/PMC) operations in New York with a focus on construction delivery.
Hurley brings more than 26 years of expertise in transportation construction spanning highway, bridge and other infrastructure construction projects. He has managed large-scale construction services on several high-profile transportation projects in New York including Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) Long Island Rail Road’s Van Wyck Expressway.

Hurley holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is certified by the Design Build Institute of America and holds a professional engineering license in New York.
