Anthony Pastore is a senior vice president and Northeast district manager for STV’s program management and construction management (PM/CM) group. He oversees regional coordination, client engagement and business development, with a focus on strategic growth across the Northeast. With more than 30 years of experience, he has led complex infrastructure initiatives across aviation, transportation and mixed-use development sectors. Pastore has supported projects for major public agencies and redevelopment organizations throughout the New York metropolitan area.
