Garo Hovnanian is executive vice president of STV’s Advisory Services group, which includes the firm’s aviation, digital advisory, planning, infrastructure economics, cities initiative, zero emissions, sustainable design, resilience and program management teams.
With over 20 years of experience in the AEC industry, Garo previously served as a partner at McKinsey & Company’s Capital Excellence practice, where he advised infrastructure owners with ambitious capital projects on navigating industry challenges including talent shortages, technology adoption and contract and process innovation. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Princeton University and his MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
