As president of STV’s Transportation Texas/Mountain operating group, JJ Roohms oversees project performance and manages operations for one of STV’s fastest-growing regions, which spans Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado and as far west as Arizona.
With more than two decades of industry leadership and client service experience on large-scale infrastructure and transportation programs throughout the United States, JJ has supported STV’s strategic growth initiatives and attracted new talent to the firm. JJ was named to the Civil & Environmental Engineering Advisory Council (CEEAC), a leading industry organization that serves as a resource for the Texas A&M University College of Engineering and he is a registered professional engineer in multiple states. He received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University.
