With more than 20 years of experience leading complex human resources operations in both the AEC industry and at a Fortune 500 company, Jacqueline Opal serves as STV’s chief people officer. In this role, Ms. Opal drives the organization’s vision of creating a winning employee experience to attract, retain and develop our talent. Ms. Opal also serves on STV’s operating committee.
Ms. Opal joined STV from a global leader in energy and environmental technologies and services for the power and industrial markets. Her expertise spans all facets of strategic human resources (HR), including compensation, benefits, talent acquisition and talent management. She has an extensive background in supporting mergers and acquisitions, including HR due diligence and post-acquisition integration efforts.
She holds both a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Service Administration and an MBA from the University of Central Florida. She also has a Green Belt Six Sigma Certification
