John Dalton is a senior vice president at STV and senior project director for the Gateway Trans-Hudson Partnership. He brings more than two decades of infrastructure and program delivery experience, including leading the consortium advancing the Hudson Tunnel Project, a core element of the Gateway Program that will expand rail capacity and resilience between New Jersey and New York.
