John Manconi is the senior vice president of Transportation Program Services at STV. In this role, he is responsible for expanding STV’s transit and infrastructure consulting services across North America, leveraging over 30 years of experience in transportation planning, design, construction, operations and program management. Manconi joined STV after a distinguished 30-year career with the City of Ottawa, where he served as General Manager of Transportation Services – overseeing the city’s integrated transit network (bus, rail, and paratransit). He is part of STV’s senior leadership team and plays a key role in the company’s larger transportation strategy.
