Liz Justison is president of STV’s Transportation West operating group, which works on transportation projects across the western United States, including California, Oregon and Washington.
Liz has more than 25 years of experience helping transportation agencies solve complex infrastructure challenges, pulling from her extensive expertise in intelligent transportation systems, tolling operations and rail infrastructure projects. She is a registered professional engineer in multiple states and received a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Lafayette College.
