Lizette Rodriguez is the Director of Labor Relations and Community Outreach at STV, bringing more than two decades of experience in labor compliance, workforce protections and community-focused program support. She previously spent 14 years in multiple labor relations leadership roles and currently also serves as a labor compliance consultant for the San Diego & Imperial SBDC Network, advising small and emerging businesses on prevailing wage requirements. Lizette holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Southern New Hampshire University and is recognized for her proactive, trust‑driven approach to building fair, compliant and community‑aligned project environments.
