Mike Courtney has more than 39 years of experience in the private and public sectors, leading people and project teams; developing organizations and project controls systems/procedures; and overseeing the construction of a wide variety of facilities. Projects which Courtney has been responsible for include the four million square feet of office buildings, K-12 schools, healthcare research facilities, public safety facilities, courthouses, correctional facilities, sports facilities, hotels and industrial projects. Courtney has expertise in most project delivery methods and in managing all phases of projects, including entitlements, pre-construction, design, construction administration, real estate development, financing and building maintenance/operations.
