Tara Soesbee is a vice president of rolling stock client engagement within STV’s national vehicles practice. She brings more than two decades of experience in passenger rail and transit vehicle programs, including leading fleet replacement, procurement and delivery initiatives for major agencies across North America, to support vehicle acquisition strategies and client partnerships nationwide.
