Vincent Zito, CCM, DBIA, is a senior vice president and project executive managing STV’s program management and construction management (CM/PM) services for the firm’s New York City Housing Authority portfolio. He brings more than 40 years of construction management and operational expertise overseeing large-scale residential and institutional programs, helping deliver complex infrastructure modernization and client-focused solutions across the New York region.
