On-Call CM Services for Mentor Program

The New York City School Construction Authority’s award-winning mentor program supports small business participants of Minority, Women, & Local Business Enterprises (MWLBE) through training, financial resource access, and union transition guidance. In support of this program, STV was contracted by the authority to provide construction management and mentor services for new construction jobs that were awarded through the program.

The firm provided leadership and training to contractors participating in the MWLBE program. These essential training opportunities encompassed safety protocols, permitting, subcontractors’ coordination, submittals, field management, and all paperwork required to help develop contractor skillsets and knowledge of the construction field.
