As part of a larger airport expansion program, STV provided Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) architectural plan reviews for all Denver International Airport South Terminal Redevelopment drawings.
For the Westin Hotel located on airport property, the team provided design development and construction document sets for 500 hotel rooms. STV’s plan review specialists initiated a system for easy navigation between floor plans, details and ADA sections. After design development was completed, the team provided a review of construction documents at an element and attribute level. Post-construction, STV’s field team conducted a facility assessment to measure compliance.
