When multinational pharmaceutical giant Takeda sought to streamline its operations by relocating to a new facility, the company selected STV to provide comprehensive project oversight services. In coordinating with over 60 vendors, STV worked closely with the project team and client staff to inventory almost 3,000 items over a four-month period prior to relocation.
Moving from its former location in Cambridge, MA, to Lexington, the complex relocation necessitated a 16-phase transition over five months. Over 3,200 mover hours were used to relocate the staff, office and lab equipment, cold chemicals and samples into the new 65,000 square feet of laboratory space.
