The project delivered a modern, 1.3‑million‑square‑foot terminal featuring two island concourses, 35 gates, elevated roadways and signature architectural elements that connect passengers to a dramatically improved travel experience. The new Terminal B includes an 850,000‑square‑foot arrivals and departures hall, two parking garages, a new service entry substation, upgraded utilities and infrastructure and dual pedestrian skybridges that allow aircraft to taxi beneath them – an airport industry first.

The redevelopment required reconstructing an active airport terminal while maintaining continuous operations for travelers and airlines.
