As New York City expanded its Universal Pre‑K program across all boroughs, the New York City School Construction Authority (NYCSCA) was tasked with identifying, converting and rapidly delivering new early‑education facilities. Under an accelerated 180‑day contract term, STV provided comprehensive construction management and owner’s representative services for two new Richmond Pre‑K Centers in Staten Island.
