STV Welcomes Manuel Millan as Vice President, Architectural Director, Overseeing Buildings Projects Across the Northeast

NEW YORK, NY – STV, a professional services firm that plans, designs and manages infrastructure projects across North America, today announced that Manuel Millan, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP BD+C, has joined the firm as vice president and architectural director. In this role, Millan will be responsible for managing and coordinating architectural and design services, overseeing quality control reviews and managing client relationships within the firm’s national buildings practice.

Millan has more than 20 years of experience in managing design projects related to public housing, public schools, transportation infrastructure, urban planning, historic preservation and resiliency. His experience covers numerous projects for public clients, including the NYC Housing Authority, NYC School Construction Authority, NJ Transit, Amtrak and NYS Thruway Authority. Prior to joining STV, Millan worked for a multinational engineering and consulting firm, where he spearheaded efforts to develop sustainable and innovative facilities and infrastructure projects.

Millan received his Bachelor of Architecture from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and his Master of Architecture and Urbanism from the Escola Superior Gallaecia in Portugal. He is a longstanding member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), the Consejo Superior de Colegios de Arquitectos de España (CSCAE) and the Colexio Oficial de Arquitectos de Galicia (COAG).
