Raoul Ilaw Joins STV’s Construction Management Division as Vice President and Project Executive

NEW YORK, NY – Raoul D. Ilaw, P.E., has joined STV as a vice president and senior program manager in the firm’s Construction Management Division. He will be based in the STV’s New York City headquarters.

Ilaw brings 30-years of experience to STV. Prior to joining the firm, Ilaw was with a firm that performed engineering, construction, technical, and professional services work in a variety of markets.  He served as the program manager on numerous projects for public and private clients throughout the U.S., including the United States Postal Service, the Federal Aviation Administration, and Edison Charter Schools. Most recently, he served as the owner’s representative for Marriott International on a senior life care facility in Stamford, CT.

Ilaw earned a Master of Science in management from the Polytechnic Institute of New York University, and a Bachelor of Engineering from City College of New York. He is registered professional engineer in New York, Connecticut and North Carolina and earned a Construction Project Management Certificate from New York University.

He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the National Society of Professional Engineers, the United States Green Building Council, and the Construction Management Association of America, where he was a member of the national board of directors and executive committee and past president of the New York-New Jersey chapter. He previously served on the Stamford Zoning Board of Appeals.
