NEW YORK, NY – STV today announced that Codi M. Newsom, PE, LEED AP, has joined the firm’s national buildings group as vice president and justice market pursuit leader, where she will drive capture strategies and expand the firm’s pipeline for major justice programs nationwide. She will focus on advancing complex correctional and community-based projects while strengthening client relationships and positioning STV for high-value opportunities across the market.
In this role, Newsom will align planning, design and delivery teams to pursue large-scale justice and public safety programs, expanding STV’s presence across correctional, rehabilitation and community-based facilities. Her addition supports the firm’s strategy to accelerate its growth and scale in high-demand markets.

Newsom brings more than 20 years of experience leading justice and public safety projects for public-sector clients nationwide. She has directed major capital initiatives for correctional systems and local agencies, including work with the Federal Bureau of Prisons, delivering complex, high-impact facilities. Her experience includes net-zero-energy correctional facilities and multi-million-dollar programs within complex stakeholder and funding environments.
