NEW YORK, NY – STV today announced that Khaled Naja, PE, CCM, NAC, a globally recognized infrastructure executive, has joined the firm’s advisory board. Naja brings decades of leadership advising executive teams and boards on the strategic decisions that shape complex infrastructure investments and long-term organizational performance.
“Khaled’s experiences at the intersection of strategy, capital and execution provide a unique perspective on what is critical to the future of infrastructure,” said Greg Kelly, CEO at STV. “His ability to align long-term strategy with capital investment decisions will strengthen how we help clients navigate an increasingly dynamic infrastructure landscape.”
Naja currently serves as CEO of Core Group Partners, where he supports global infrastructure, transportation and capital development strategies. Throughout his career, he has served in executive leadership roles across the public and private sectors, including Chief Executive Officer of Cruise Terminals International, Chief Operating Officer of the Chicago Department of Aviation and Executive Vice President of Dallas Fort-Worth International, helping organizations navigate some of the industry’s most significant infrastructure investments and transformational initiatives.
In addition to his executive roles, Naja has held leadership positions with the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA), including national board chair, and was inducted into the National Academy of Construction. He was named one of Engineering News-Record’s Top 25 Newsmakers in 2021 for advancing modular terminal construction, an approach that improved project delivery timelines and reduced disruption.
Naja has earned a reputation for bringing clarity to complex decisions involving capital investment, long-term infrastructure strategy and organizational priorities. His ability to connect strategy with execution has helped organizations address some of their most consequential challenges. His appointment reflects STV’s continued investment in helping clients make the decisions that increasingly define the success of major infrastructure investments.
He holds a master’s degree in construction engineering and management from Pennsylvania State University and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Virginia, and completed the Executive Education Advanced Management Program at Columbia Business School.
