STV Continues to Elevate its Brand in the Growing Texas Market as CP&Y, an STV Company, Files DBA to Do Business as STV

DALLAS, TX – STV, a professional services firm that plans, designs and manages infrastructure projects across North America, announced March 1, 2023 that its wholly-owned subsidiary company, CP&Y Inc., has officially registered for a DBA to conduct business as STV Infrastructure.

STV officially acquired CP&Y through a transaction on September 30, 2021. With aligned values focused on making communities better, this integrated STV team will leverage its collective resources and capabilities to make an even greater impact in the Texas and Rocky Mountain region.

STV has a long history in Texas working on projects in the transit, highway, aviation, energy, military, corporate and water sectors. The company has successfully completed projects in every major metropolitan region in Texas including Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth, San Antonio and Austin, such as the Houston METRO New Starts light rail transit system and the Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) Light Rail Transit System. STV’s Texas portfolio and expertise is strengthened by CP&Y, an STV Company, which has served the state for more than 40 years. CP&Y has partnered with TxDOT on each segment of the Capital Expressway improvement projects, including final plans delivery of CapEx South, planning for CapEx North and schematic and environmental support for CapEx Central.
