JACKSONVILLE, FL – STV, a leading professional services firm that plans, designs and manages infrastructure projects across North America, today announced the opening of its new 9,844-square-foot office at The Crossing at Enterprise Park in Jacksonville, Florida. Located in Southpoint, within the city’s Southside area, the modern space is designed to foster collaboration and support STV’s growing team as they deliver critical infrastructure solutions for clients in the region.
The new office opening bolsters STV’s nearly 50-year history of advancing infrastructure across Florida. The firm supports state and local agencies, including the Florida Department of Transportation, Florida’s Turnpike and the Jacksonville Transportation Authority, as well as national partners, such as CSX Transportation, with projects that connect communities statewide and support their economic development.
“This new office is a hub where our talented team can collaborate with our local clients and partners to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions that meet the evolving needs of our communities,” said Keith Jackson, PE, vice president and Florida area manager at STV. “It reflects our continued commitment to supporting the Northeast Florida region and investing in its future.”

STV has opened and expanded several of its North American offices over the past year, including in New York City, Dallas and Charlotte. These new spaces support STV’s Strategic Plan priorities to reimagine its operations and invest in a world-class employee experience. The offices embrace an Activity-Based Working (ABW) concept, featuring a variety of flexible workspaces tailored to different tasks. Equipped with cutting-edge technology, abundant natural light and thoughtfully designed spaces, they create environments that foster innovation, collaboration and well-being for team members, clients and partners.
STV’s footprint in Florida includes six offices in Jacksonville, Pensacola, Lake Mary, Winter Park, Tampa and Miami. The firm strengthened its regional presence last May with the acquisition of Florida-based MEHTA Engineering, an STV company. With a legacy of thousands of infrastructure projects completed across the state – including the SunRail Phase 2 Northern Expansion, Nocatee Parkway and Okeechobee Road/Miami Canal Bridge – STV continues to deliver transformative solutions that serve millions of residents and travelers throughout the Sunshine State.
