NEW YORK, NY – STV today announced the promotion of Adrian Pearmine, PE, to vice president, national director of mobility technologies; and Matthew Dimmick, CPTED, CPP, PSP, CPD, to vice president, senior security development director. The promotions support the firm’s continued growth in connected mobility, critical infrastructure protection and intelligent transportation systems.
Transportation, power and digital infrastructure are increasingly converging into intelligent, connected networks, driving demand for partners that can integrate technology, operations and cybersecurity from the outset.
“Infrastructure is becoming more connected, more data-driven and more critical to everyday life,” said John Ponzio, executive vice president of the Centers of Excellence at STV. “Matt and Adrian bring the expertise needed to help clients harness emerging technologies while protecting the systems that keep communities moving, powered and secure.”
Pearmine will expand STV’s next-generation mobility strategy, which integrates connected and automated vehicle systems, intelligent transportation systems and digital platforms to deliver smarter, more adaptive networks for clients. Pearmine is a civil engineer with nearly 30 years of experience and has led advanced mobility and intelligent transportation systems (ITS) programs for agencies nationwide.
Dimmick will lead efforts to integrate physical, operational and cyber security strategies into a unified, intelligence-driven framework that strengthens resilience across critical infrastructure assets. Dimmick brings 30 years of experience in physical security, operational technology, cybersecurity and enterprise risk programs, helping clients protect critical infrastructure, commercial facilities, transportation and aviation.
