Contract will Support Enterprise Construction and Materials Program and Bolster STV’s 50-Year Legacy in Florida

MIAMI, FL – STV, a leading professional services firm that plans, designs and manages infrastructure projects across North America, today announced Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise selected the firm as General Engineering Management Consultant (GEMC) for its Construction and Materials Program. In this role, STV will help ensure the successful delivery of the agency’s capital program by overseeing the construction of new roads, bridges and other infrastructure along Florida’s Turnpike.

As GEMC, STV will provide a broad range of construction and materials engineering, program management and administrative services to support the delivery of a high-quality, resilient and cost-effective transportation infrastructure. Work may include, but is not limited to, overseeing project controls, integrating advanced technologies, supporting workforce development, streamlining program management processes and strengthening construction oversight across the agency’s multi-billion-dollar portfolio of projects.

“We’re proud to partner with Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise and provide assistance in adapting to evolving transportation demands and implement innovative solutions across its network,” said Keith Jackson, PE, vice president and Florida area manager at STV. “With the combined expertise of STV and our colleagues at MEHTA, an STV company, we’re ready to help the Enterprise streamline project delivery and support the long-term success of its Construction and Materials Program.”

STV has been committed to advancing infrastructure across Florida for nearly 50 years, partnering with state and local agencies on projects that connect communities and support their economic development. With a legacy of thousands of completed infrastructure projects – including the SunRail Phase 2 Northern Expansion, Nocatee Parkway and Okeechobee Road/Miami Canal Bridge – the firm continues to deliver transformative solutions that serve millions of residents and travelers across the Sunshine State.

STV’s footprint in Florida includes six local offices in Jacksonville, Pensacola, Lake Mary, Winter Park, Tampa and Miami. The firm strengthened its regional presence last May with the acquisition of Florida-based MEHTA Engineering, an STV company, and continues to invest in the region with the recent opening of a new office in Jacksonville.
