Aubrey Tetreault-Folmsbee, senior marketing manager at STV, has been named the 2026 Women in Transportation Seminar (WTS) Greater Chicago Chapter Member of the Year for her leadership and efforts in promoting women in transportation.
“I’m incredibly honored to be recognized by the WTS Greater Chicago Chapter,” said Tetreault-Folmsbee. “WTS has been such a meaningful part of my professional career – both as a community and as a platform for professional development, advocacy and connection. I’m grateful for the opportunity to contribute alongside so many inspiring leaders and to be part of an organization that is shaping the future of transportation.”
Encouraged by her former STV supervisor and mentor, Tetreault-Folmsbee joined WTS in 2016. Soon after, she sought a more active role in the organization and has made a significant impact through her leadership on the Chapter’s Communications Committee, elevating WTS’s local visibility and strengthening member engagement to support WTS’s mission to grow across the Greater Chicago region.
“Aubrey’s leadership within WTS reflects the kind of industry engagement we value across our Chicago team,” said Paul Bobby, vice president and Chicago area manager for Transportation North at STV. “She leads with purpose, brings people together and consistently represents STV with credibility and care. This recognition is well earned, and we’re proud to see her impact acknowledged by the WTS Greater Chicago Chapter.”
At STV, Tetreault-Folmsbee supports project pursuits and business development efforts by partnering closely with technical teams to develop compelling proposals, qualifications and pursuit strategies. Known for her thoughtful approach and collaborative style, she helps position the firm for continued growth with clients across the transportation market.

Tetreault-Folmsbee will formally receive the honor at the WTS Greater Chicago Chapter awards event on April 30 in Chicago, which will also celebrate the Chapter’s 40th anniversary.
For decades, STV has been a leading advocate for WTS and its programs and has employees engaged across various chapters. In 2026, STV was named Employer of the Year by both WTS Greater New York and WTS Central Pennsylvania, reflecting the firm’s ongoing commitment to fostering the professional growth of women within its transportation practice.
