Nine STV team members were recently honored by the Women Builders Council (WBC) at its 17th Annual Champion Awards Gala. The event was held at Guastavino’s in New York City.
The employees represented both industry veterans and early career professionals. Recipients of the Outstanding Women Award, which recognizes women who demonstrate leadership skills and set the bar for performance and excellence, were:
- Alexandra Chamandy-Cowomok, P.E., associate and engineer
- Diana Molina, P.E., project manager
- Starlene Scott, senior project manager
The Next Generation of Women Builders category is defined as “the innovative game-changers that are emerging throughout the building and professional services industry.” Employees who were honored in this category were:
- Elisabetta Barzi, digital integration consultant
- Kelly Bird, P.E., PTOE, project manager and transportation engineer
- Monique Harris, document control support
- Imela Mato, assistant project manager
- Roma Parikh, engineering specialist
- Azzurra Pedrotti, procurement support manager
