Luis Delgado is the president of STV’s Program Management/Construction Management (PM/CM) operating group, which provides both public- and private-sector clients with program, project and construction management services across multiple market sectors, including aviation, corporate, commercial, manufacturing, education, healthcare, government facilities, transit and rail.
A veteran with nearly 30 years of experience, he is the current chair of the Construction Management Association of America. He holds both a Bachelor of Architecture and Master of Business Administration from Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, the latter earned in an exchange program with University of Texas at Austin.
