As construction manager and owner’s representative, STV played a central role in delivering 14 major capital renovation projects that ultimately resulted in a state‑of‑the‑art, LEED®‑certified manufacturing environment.

The existing facility required extensive modernization while supporting an active aviation production line operating 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
