For more than 20 years, STV has partnered with McDonald’s USA, LLC to deliver site design and development services across the Southeast and Midwest. With over 250 projects completed in Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama and Florida, STV has supported both remodels and new‑build restaurants with a full suite of technical services. These include surveying, geotechnical investigations, traffic studies, environmental site assessments and comprehensive civil site design. One of the latest efforts – the second McDonald’s location in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida – demonstrates the expertise and collaborative approach STV brings to one of the world’s most recognizable brands.

Serving as lead civil engineer, STV provided due diligence for concept planning, conducted traffic studies, delivered full civil site design and supported permitting processes. The team collaborated closely with project stakeholders to respond to shifting site‑access requirements and ensure smooth project delivery.
