For over 20 years, STV’s teams in the Southeast and Midwest have partnered with McDonald’s USA, LLC, completing more than 250 projects across Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama and Florida. These projects include both remodels and new store locations, where the firm has provided comprehensive services such as surveying, geotechnical and soil exploration, traffic studies, environmental site assessments and comprehensive civil site design.
In one of its latest projects, STV contributed to McDonald’s second location in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. Situated along the bustling U.S. Route 98 and near the scenic Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, this new restaurant exemplifies the collaborative spirit and technical excellence STV brings to every project.
STV served as the lead civil engineer, providing due diligence for concept planning and traffic studies, comprehensive civil site design and permitting assistance. Despite evolving site access requirements, which necessitated coordination with various stakeholders, the project was successfully completed. The restaurant, employing over 50 staff members, now serves customers across Walton County, FL.
