STV delivered comprehensive architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, industrial and civil engineering services. Major additions included a 10,000‑square‑foot train washer building, a significantly expanded service and inspection facility, new storage structures and a 13,000‑square‑foot locomotive shop expansion featuring the state‑of‑the‑art drop table. STV also designed expansions to Buildings 1 and 4, adding a high‑bay warehouse, inspection tracks and dedicated cleaning areas.
