Queens College, one of the largest senior colleges within the City University of New York system, sought to transform outdated physics and astronomy laboratories into modern biology teaching spaces to meet evolving curriculum needs. STV provided architectural and engineering design as well as construction management services under a design‑build contract, delivering a comprehensive renovation of approximately 5,100 square feet.
