St. Joseph’s Health Network Renovations
St. Joseph’s Health contracted STV to oversee several major renovation/upgrade projects throughout its New Jersey healthcare network. The academic medical center and state-designated level II trauma center retained STV to provide comprehensive project management services.
STV has supported St. Joseph’s Health since 2016 by providing in-house project management staff augmentation. The system’s Paterson campus projects include an expansion of the existing infusion center, renovation of the women and children’s unit and construction of new administrative space. On the Wayne Medical Center campus, projects include lobby, ambulatory and medical office building expansions, as well as the renovation and expansion of the Emergency Department. Services in this assignment also include construction project management, FF&E (furniture, fixtures and equipment) coordination, relocation and occupancy planning and day-to-day project coordination.
