St. Joseph’s Health Network Renovations

For nearly a decade, STV has provided in-house project management staff augmentation for St. Joseph’s Health’s extensive healthcare network across New Jersey. As part of these services, STV oversaw several major renovation and upgrade projects for St. Joseph’s at its academic medical facilities and its state-designated level II trauma center.

The team provided owner’s project management services for the expansion of an existing infusion center, renovation of the women and children’s unit and construction of new administrative space at the Children’s Hospital in Paterson.

Additionally, STV oversaw the expansion of the lobby, ambulatory and medical office building, and the renovation and expansion of the Emergency Department at the Wayne Medical Center, which treats over 150,000 patients annually. STV’s team also performed construction project management for the Wayne Medical Center project, coordinating FF&E (furniture, fixtures and equipment), overseeing relocation and occupancy planning and providing day-to-day project coordination.
