St. Joseph’s Totowa Health Campus
As part of a larger program of improvements throughout the St. Joseph’s Health system in New Jersey, STV was contracted to perform owner’s project management services for the design-build of the Totowa Health Campus, is a 140,000-square-foot facility that integrates a comprehensive listing of outpatient services, including primary and urgent care, diagnostic imaging, radiology, lab services and a pharmacy, all under one roof. The campus included medical and surgical physician offices, as well as specialty centers including rehabilitation and physical therapy. St. Joseph’s also anticipates a new comprehensive cancer center will open at the campus.
As part of its scope, STV provided a range of services including preliminary space planning for medical equipment; managing the selection of design teams and contractors; phasing and sequencing of construction; and oversight of the design team, general contractors, construction managers, planners and other vendors.
