As part of a larger capital improvement program impacting the entire St. Joseph’s Health system in New Jersey, the brand-new Totowa Health Campus houses a comprehensive offering of outpatient services, including primary and urgent care, diagnostic imaging, radiology, lab services and a pharmacy, all under one roof.
STV performed owner’s project management services for the design-build project, providing a range of services including preliminary space planning for medical equipment; managing the selection of design teams and contractors; phasing and sequencing of construction; and oversight of the design team, general contractors, construction managers, planners and other vendors.
The five-story, 140,000-square-foot facility also includes medical and surgical physician offices and specialty centers, including rehabilitation and physical therapy. St. Joseph’s also anticipates a new comprehensive cancer center will open at the campus.
