NJEDA Selects STV to Lead Construction Management and Architectural/Engineering Services for New 230k-Square-Foot Medical Facility

NEWARK, NJ – STV, a leading professional services firm that plans, designs and manages infrastructure projects across North America, has been selected by the New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA) at University Hospital in Newark to provide construction management (CM) advisory and Architecture/Engineering (A/E) services for a new 230,000-square-foot building at Rutgers University’s Newark academic health center campus. STV’s preliminary work will include bridging documents, relocation planning and demolition planning for the new administrative building, which will also provide structured parking.  

The new building will help support education, research, and clinical spaces at Rutgers University with a new parking garage and administrative building above.
