STV’s program management and construction management (PM/CM) team marks a key milestone at Service Wire Company’s Culloden, West Virginia, campus expansion. The facility’s final structural steel install completes the primary framework and signals the next construction phase: interior buildout and equipment installation planning.
STV provides owner’s project management services for this major expansion, supporting Service Wire as it advances a phased investment to expand manufacturing capacity at its long-standing Culloden campus and strengthen national operations. Delivered through a progressive design-build approach, the project enables early collaboration among the owner, designer and builder to support efficient decision-making as design and construction advance in parallel. The team is overseeing construction coordination, schedule management and collaboration among multiple stakeholders to keep work moving efficiently across the active site.

“The installation of the final structural steel represents an important step in maintaining construction momentum and keeping the project aligned with its planned schedule,” said Andrew Munter, senior project manager for STV’s PM/CM team. “Reaching this milestone reflects disciplined coordination across the project team, partners and site personnel as the work transitions into interior construction.”
Philip Arbogast, regional senior project manager, emphasized the importance of day-to-day field collaboration in the project’s delivery approach: “In a progressive design-build environment, day-to-day coordination and communication between the builder and the team are essential to keeping decisions aligned and the work moving efficiently.”
To celebrate the milestone, Culloden team members signed two 24-inch steel beams before installation. These beams will remain exposed in the facility as a lasting marker of progress.
