LAKE MARY, FL – STV today announced the opening of its new office in Lake Mary, Florida. Located in the Colonial TownPark mixed-use development in the heart of Seminole County’s business corridor, the modern workspace boosts STV’s presence in Central Florida.
The new office builds on STV’s nearly 50-year history in Florida and brings together STV and colleagues from MEHTA Engineering, an STV company, under one collaborative workspace. The firm partners with state and local agencies – including the Florida Department of Transportation, Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise and regional transit and municipal clients – to deliver projects that enhance mobility, strengthen communities and support economic growth across the Orlando metropolitan area and beyond.

The Lake Mary office is part of STV’s broader effort to modernize its workplaces and deliver a world-class employee experience. Since 2024, the firm has opened or expanded offices in New York City, Dallas, Charlotte, Jacksonville, Raleigh and Virginia Beach. The spaces are designed to support flexible, team-based work, equipped with advanced technology, abundant natural light and intentional design elements.
