FRISCO, TX – STV today announced the promotion of Jose Joseph, PE, to vice president, strengthening the firm’s structural leadership in Texas, where STV operates 14 offices. He will help guide STV’s delivery of major bridge and transportation initiatives, supporting teams and clients across Texas and the surrounding region.
“Jose’s strong technical expertise has helped us lead and deliver a wide variety of challenging bridge projects in Texas and Oklahoma,” said Tom Ashcraft, vice president and southwest district structures discipline director at STV. “His judgment and ability to unite multidisciplinary teams help our clients move critical infrastructure forward.”
Joseph is a senior bridge engineer and project manager with over 22 years of experience in bridge design, rehabilitation and project delivery. He has led major programs for transportation agencies, toll authorities, municipalities, airports and private developers. His technical expertise spans structural design, accelerated bridge construction and historic bridge rehabilitation. At STV, Joseph has served in leadership roles including senior project manager, Texas structures manager and currently as Frisco office manager, where he oversees strategy, technical delivery and operations.
He holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Pune University in India.
