The Joint Health Sciences Center (JHSC) in downtown Camden, New Jersey, is a transformative academic and research facility developed through a partnership between Rowan University, Rutgers‑Camden University and Camden County College. The 125,000‑square‑foot center strengthens Camden’s resurgence as a hub for medical education, research and workforce development. Built to bring together students and faculty from multiple disciplines, the building features shared laboratories, classrooms, simulation spaces and collaborative “soft areas” that support interdisciplinary learning. STV served as the owner’s representative and provided construction management services for this $70 million program.
