As the prime Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) consultant, STV provided a full range of engineering, inspection, materials testing, site observation and documentation services in support of the first flyover ramp of the Loop 1604 and I-10 interchange – a key component of the larger Loop 1604 North Expansion project in San Antonio. This first major flyover will increase pedestrian access, reduce conflict points for drivers in San Antonio and support the Texas Department of Transportation’s (TxDOT) overall safety goals.
The project is part of the statewide Texas Clear Lanes initiative, which was organized to address the most congested areas in the state for residents and visitors. As CEI consultant, STV is confirming that the project is built according to specifications and design plans throughout the construction process.
