STV continues to expand its leadership presence within the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA), with several current and affiliated leaders receiving some of the organization’s highest professional distinctions and appointments.

James Murphy, PE, CCM, FCMAA, and Harrison Staley, CCM, FCMAA, have been selected for induction into the CMAA College of Fellows, one of the highest honors bestowed by the organization. They are joined in the 2026 class by Khaled Naja, PE, CCM, FCMAA, a nationally recognized infrastructure leader who recently joined STV’s Advisory Board.

In addition, Staley and fellow STV leader Kristin McElroy, CCM, have been elected to CMAA’s National Board of Directors, further strengthening the firm’s leadership role within the organization.

“These appointments reflect a commitment to advancing the profession that extends beyond the projects we deliver,” said Luis Delgado, president of STV’s program management/construction management (PM/CM) team. “Jim, Harrison, Kristin and Khaled have each made meaningful contributions to the growth of this industry, and these recognitions reflect the expertise, leadership and dedication they continue to bring to our clients, our communities and the profession.”

STV Leaders Selected for CMAA College of Fellows

The College of Fellows serves as a leadership body within CMAA, helping mentor future industry leaders, provide thought leadership on emerging challenges, advise the association on issues of strategic importance and support the continued growth and development of the profession. Selection as a Fellow is among the highest distinctions CMAA bestows.

Murphy and Staley join longtime STV expert Raoul Ilaw, PE, CCM, FCMAA, among the firm’s representatives in the College of Fellows, reflecting STV’s longstanding commitment to advancing professional excellence, developing future leaders and contributing to the continued evolution of the industry. Ilaw has also been invited to serve a one-year term as an Ex Officio Board Member, during which he will advise CMAA’s incoming chair.

Naja’s inclusion in the 2026 Fellows class further underscores that commitment. Naja, who joined STV’s Advisory Board earlier this year, brings decades of leadership experience across infrastructure delivery, strategic planning and capital investment.

Expanding STV’s Leadership Role Within CMAA

Staley has also been elected to CMAA’s National Board of Directors alongside fellow STV leader Kristin McElroy, further strengthening the firm’s representation within the association’s leadership.

The appointments build on STV’s longstanding involvement with CMAA and its continued investment in advancing the PM/CM profession. In 2024, Luis Delgado, president of STV’s PM/CM operating group, was appointed chair of CMAA’s National Board, reflecting the firm’s deep engagement with the organization and its mission.

Together, the appointments highlight the breadth of leadership STV brings to the PM/CM industry and the firm’s commitment to helping shape the profession’s future.
