STV is celebrating the opening of a new 12,290-square-foot office at the Galleria Office Towers in Far North Dallas, Texas. The centrally located space is adjacent to two major highways and strategically places STV closer to its local clients and industry partners.

The company’s continued expansion emphasizes its commitment to delivering the local infrastructure needed to improve and connect the Dallas region. The firm is currently working on ambitious local projects including work for Dallas Water Utilities, the Trinity River Authority and Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport.

“We’re expanding rapidly in Texas and this new space is an investment in our growing team and representative of our long-term commitment to the Lone Star state,” said J.J. Roohms, PE, president of the transportation Texas/Mountain region at STV. “We have vast experience on transit, water, highway and utility projects right here in Dallas, so we understand the priorities of the community and we are proud to help Dallas meet this moment.”

  • 1 floor
  • 51 workstations
  • 11 offices
  • 4 meeting spaces
  • 16 digital signage screens
  • 48 speakers to reduce ambient noise
  • Wellness rooms (prayer, lactation)

STV’s new Dallas office showcases its long-term vision for growth. As part of its Strategic Plan, STV is reimagining its operations and investing in its world-class employee experience. STV has successfully completed projects in every major metropolitan region in Texas – including Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth, San Antonio and Austin. This includes major milestones for TxDOT on each segment of the Capital Expressway improvement projects: from final plans delivery of CapEx South, planning for CapEx North and schematic and environmental support for CapEx Central. The firm is currently supporting the multi-billion dollar investment plans as Construction Manager for the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport and Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) Light Rail Transit System.

The new Dallas office is modeled after STV’s new corporate headquarters at the Empire State Building in New York City, which also features a mix of collaborative, activity-based spaces; focus rooms; conference rooms; and single workstations. In Texas, STV has continued to expand its local footprint by opening a new office in Midlothian in November 2023; and a second office in downtown Austin in February 2022. In total, STV now boasts 12 offices throughout Texas and more than 60 locations across North America.
