VIRGINIA BEACH, VA – STV, a leading professional services firm that plans, designs and manages infrastructure projects across North America, today announced that Dewey Jones, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP, has joined the firm as senior vice president and national director of federal programs within the firm’s national buildings group. In this role, Jones will oversee STV’s extensive portfolio of federal civilian and military clients, driving business development, managing client relationships and providing executive-level project management for key projects within the federal market.

Jones is a seasoned architect with more than 30 years of design and business leadership experience in the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) industry, spanning roles from program management to executive roles across multiple market sectors. Prior to joining STV, he served as the federal market leader for a prominent engineering and consulting firm in the federal sector.
Jones holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Virginia Tech and a Business Executive’s Management Certificate from Old Dominion University (ODU). He serves on the Advisory Board of ODU’s Strome College of Business E.V. Williams Center for Real Estate and is a longstanding member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) and the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC).
